HISTORY OF CONNECT CHURCH STL
Connect Church was founded in 2015 to provide an environment where everyday people like you and me can invite friends, neighbors, family, and anyone we meet to connect to a loving God, caring People and a greater Purpose. Our environment is relaxed, we invite everyone to come as you are and pray that you will be inspired to follow Jesus and share His Word.

Our DNA

The faith life of Connect Church was started with a vision inspired by Jesus in Matthew chapter 9:35-38. From this passage, we can see who Jesus was, how He lived, and what compelled and drove His life.

LOVE

“When He saw the crowds, He felt compassion on them.” The single strongest driving force and motivation behind Connect Church is to be loving....even when it inconveniences us...even when it hurts! That’s how Jesus loved. That’s how we strive to love.

PASSIONATE

WE ONLY LIVE ONCE! In life, what should be our greatest fear? D.L. Moody said, “Our greatest fear should not be of failure but of succeeding at things in life that don’t really matter.” At Connect Church, we are passionate in a cause that matters. Matthew 9 says that people all over our area are “weary and worn out, like sheep without a shepherd.” We are passionate…passionate about what matters in eternity.

GENEROUS

2 COR 9:6-8, "Remember this-a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. For God loves a person who gives cheerfully. And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others." We cheerfully give to impact our community with the gospel.
